We are the Shannon Cove Community. We do have an Active Homeowners Association since the year 2000. We aim to ensure a quality homeowners experience. Annual Homeowners dues are only $10 monthly a total of $120.00 annually. Fees will incur upon late annual dues. Since financial support in the Shannon Cove is mandatory, we encourage you to join us in supporting our community by attending any and all posted meetings, whether on a zoom call or in person. Information for the meetings will be mailed or posted on our website. Our goal is to maintain a safe, clean and pleasant living environment for each resident.
