Key Details to ensure the success of your Meter Upgrade:

1-NexGen Energy Services, a Contractor Authorized by Georgia Power, may be in your area.  The Contractor's branding, including their company logo above, may differ from that of Georgia Power.  We have included NexGen's logo that will be displayed on the Contractor's ID Badge and Vehicle Identification.

2-This work is scheduled to take place in your area soon.  We intend to complete the necessary tasks quickly and with minimal disruption to you and your property.

3-Our Technicians will require access to your meter.  Granting this access will enable us to perform the necessary upgrades as scheduled.

4-For the safety of our Crews, you may experience a brief outage during this process that may cause your clocks to blink.  We Apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

5-We are Dedicate to providing All Our Customers with safe and reliable electric service. For additional information and answers to frequently asked questions.
